Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original product packaging and include all accessories to ensure the return is accepted and processed without delay.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
